Student organizations, faculty/staff and University units may reserve facility spaces at PRCC – including the Ujima conference room, the Gathering Lounge/MPR, and the Cheryl A. Wall Library & Lounge space. If you’re interested in holding your event/meeting at PRCC, please fill out the reservation form below and a PRCC staff member will contact you within one-week after the reservation form has been submitted.
The PRCC is generally open during the fall and spring semesters Monday through Thursday from 9 AM-10 PM and Friday from 9 AM-6 PM,. Reservations outside of our standard operating hours are subject to additional costs and must be arranged directly with the PRCC Staff. You must allow additional time to ensure that the PRCC can secure staffing for the requested event.

Our conference rooms and study rooms are available for reservation or use on a first come, first served basis to students and other members of the University community.
Reservations are generally approved at no charge provided that:
- There is no PRCC-sponsored activity already scheduled during the requested time or other organization event. The PRCC team will do our best to try to assist you with finding time for your event at the PRCC. You can view the current PRCC Calendar online to see if your preferred date and time are available.
- The reservation request has been confirmed in writing by a member of the PRCC team, including a Building Manager or PRCC administrative staff.
- There are no admission fees being charged for the event. Cost may be assessed for damage or failure to follow established rules and guidelines for all reservation guest.
- Cancellations must be communicated via email (prcc@echo.rutgers.edu) at least 24 hours before event/meeting.

Per University policy, non-Rutgers affiliated groups are not permitted to reserve space at SJE. Non-Rutgers affiliated groups are encouraged to inquire with the Student Centers for on-campus space. Visit https://sca.rutgers.edu/host-event/meetings-and-conferences for additional information. If approved for space reservations, non-Rutgers organizations may request the space. If approved, they must provide a certificate of insurance naming Rutgers University as additionally insured that protects against liability for workplace accidents or injuries.)
